Calverton, New York, USA

Company

We seek to contribute to the U.S. Defense Industrial Base by making use of an established, reputable, and highly skilled metal fabrication facility in New York. Our office and the machine shops are located within the former Grumman naval facility in Calverton (Long Island), with teams of engineers, program managers, and technicians who are motivated by a sense of patriotism and desire to contribute directly to our nation’s defense.

History

The facility’s manufacturing roots date back to 1954, when Grumman Aerospace Corporation acquired a former naval air station located in Calverton, New York. The site, then known as the Calverton Naval Weapons Industrial Reserve Plant (NWIRP), was used for testing, evaluation, and storage of military aircraft and weapons systems.
